Ester Wensink PMP PROSCI
Being an energized and experienced training and project management professional Ester gathered experience in Europe, the Middle East and recently in Asia Pacific. She worked on highly sophisticated system engineering projects in a variety of industries as organisational change- and project management expert. She has also worked on small change projects, as a hands-on support on what needs to be done with an involvement in training; training required by the customer to implement the technical engineering projects. Her main focus is the human aspect, knowledge flow, learning, development, performance improvement from people perspective.
For more than 10 years, she has developed and delivered customer training in the critical skills field: project management, documentation and change management.
